Ramon Clark: Ramon graduated from Ursinus College holding a BS in Exercise and Sports Science and a BA in Dance. He is certified in personal training through The American Council of Exercise (ACE) as well as certified in Group Exercise through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Ramon received his nutritional certification through The Metabolic Typing Education Center, earning the title of Level 2 Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA). He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Ursinus College Men’s Golf Team. Rámon stresses the importance of identifying the priorities of his clients. His motto of “my goal is to help you reach yours” drives his efforts to clearly identify the client’s personal objectives, needs, and priorities as he designs and directs every component of his training towards those goals. Rámon possesses knowledge in all aspects of general fitness but his background in collegiate athletics and his dance training give him the experience and knowledge to specialize in sport specific training and motion specific exercises.

Eric Chen: “To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.” ~La Rochefoucauld. Eric Chen graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition and has been running for the last decade! His experience also includes coaching highschool cross country/track/dragonboat, olympic lifting, and endurance sports such as triathlons and ultras. Also certified in trigger point myofacial release along with integrated flexibility training, his workouts combine sports performance, flexibility, and core strengthening to minimize injury and maximize results. With experience in nutrition and fitness, Eric is prepared to help anyone optimize performance through wholesome eating and a healthy lifestyle.

Korie Franciscus: Korie is a Registered Yoga Instructor and has been practicing for over 15 years. She possesses a background in gymnastics, dance, and has constant involvement in athletics. Korie will forever be a student of the yoga practice and looks forward to her continued learning from inspiring forces of nature. Korie is very grateful to be both a teacher and student and hopes that all individuals who work with her leave with a greater sense of depth, space and capacity within their minds and bodies; appreciating the interconnectedness.

Lielen de Guzman: Lielen is a bay area native who is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, AFFA Group Exercise Instructor, and posses both TRX Suspension and Rip trainer certifications. Lielen focuses on helping her clients improve their mobility, stability, flexibility, and core strength. Her sense of humor, love of music and overall passion for helping others, allows Lielen to connect with her clients on a multitude of levels. You will be sure to have fun, laugh, and still get the workout you need.

Maryam Sharifzadeh: Maryam Sharifzadeh MA, Yoga, NASM, Pilates Maryam graduated with a MA in Sports Management from USF and is now a health, nutrition, and wellness coach all around the Bay Area. She is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in pilates, yoga, post rehab, cycling and swimming. By using her playful yet challenging techniques, Maryam will meet you at your level in the moment and carefully guide you above and beyond your personal fitness goals.

Tiffany Ann Fields: Tiffany possesses a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, and other wellness coaching certifications including the National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT, TRX, FMS, and AASDN. Bringing over a decade of experience and specializing in nutrition, strength, speed and power training for athletes and athletes in training, Tiffany’s is able to work with clients of all ages and goals; ranging from “I want to get a college baseball scholarship” to, “I want to walk around the house without anyone’s help.” Tiffany was an athlete in track and field, cross country running, and decathlons. With her athletic knowledge and well-rounded education, she will help you reach your goals quickly, safely, and effectively.

Tiffany Raether: Tiffany received her RYT certification through Yoga Tree in San Francisco. She focuses on hatha, vinyasa flow and guided meditation. Tiffany uses her techniques to cater to her clients' specific goals and needs. When working with Tiffany, you will work on proper alignment of the body and flexibility, leaving you felling whole and complete through your connections of mind and body.

Kate Miller: Kate is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Swim Instructor Kate grew up a competitive swimmer and continued through college. Movement has always been a part of her life. She is now a swimming coach and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. Kate is dedicated to sharing the therapeutic and transformative benefits of yoga by using gentle yet challenging vinyasa. Kate’s grounding and inspiring style allows students to reconnect so they can leave feeling balanced and empowered.

Amy Vongthavady: Amy is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. She has worked for several luxury and leading hotel spas. Amy specializes in almost every known massage technique. She incorporates both Eastern and Western modalities in her sessions and is able to work deeply, but is conscious and gentile when necessary.

Tatyanna Gutierrez: Tatyanna is a Certified Massage Therapist with over 4 years of experience. She is able to pinpoint areas of stress, almost immediately. Specializing in a wide variety of techniques ranging from Swedish to Sports and Pre-Natal Massage , Tatyanna's touch has been referred to as having "healing" capabilities.
